Some additional random nuts and bolts may be required (like the 4 M6 bolts for the arm stanchions) but those are cheap and you may have them already.
This build can also be slightly cheaper if you don't get the multi-packs (1" Aluminum rods, linear pots), but I like having spares. You also may have access to less expensive bolts and steel flat, as I bought them locally, and can use a dowel instead of the aluminum rod. And lastly you may even be able to find a free treadmill. All of this likely would bring the cost down to near or even under $300.
